Yes, for Companionship Visits and certain Senior Comfort Care sessions. Other services require our facility for proper equipment and environment control.

Do you require vaccination records?

For services involving facility visits or interaction with other animals, yes. For consultations and assessments, we'll discuss during booking.

Can I observe during sessions?

For most services, yes. Some anxious pets do better without their owner present initially, which we'll assess during the first visit.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee to compensate for the reserved time slot.
