Booking and Appointments

Booking Process

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee

Payment Terms

• Additional services requested during appointments will be charged separately

Client Responsibilities

• Disclose any aggressive behavior, medical conditions, or special needs
• Ensure your pet is up-to-date with required vaccinations (documentation may be required)
